THE WEDNESDAY EVENING CLASS IN ENGLISH WILL PAUSE UNTIL MID AUGUST 2020
A weekly class for everyone who speaks English, with a relaxing, re-energizing meditation, a buddhist teaching on the basics of meditation, a second guided contemplation/meditation to take the subject of the talk to heart and time for questions and discussion.
These general program classes are suitable for everyone, beginners and those with some experience in meditation. We sit on chairs or cushions.
